Shipping Policies

We ship through registered and trusted courier partner DTDC/Delhivery. Please refer to the product description page for specific shipping timelines.

Note: Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries.

Domestic Shipping

• We offer free shipping on all standard domestic orders within India.
• All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Mohali, Punjab.
• After dispatch, tracking details along with the courier partner’s information will be sent via email.
• Please ensure your shipping address is complete, including PIN code and mobile number, to ensure smooth delivery.
• We will not be responsible for delivery failures arising from incorrect or incomplete address details, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.
