What should I do if my payment fails?

If you receive a payment failure message, you can try placing the order again. However, if the amount has already been debited from your account, please do not retry immediately—your order may have already been successfully placed.

What is your return or exchange policy?

We follow strict quality control procedures and take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, products are not eligible for return or exchange unless:

  • The item is damaged or broken upon delivery

In such cases, please make sure to photograph the defect immediately upon opening the package as proof.

What if I receive a damaged product?

If the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, we recommend that you do not accept the delivery.

In case you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order. Make sure to include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

What if a product is missing from my order?

If any item is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery by initiating a return/exchange request.

Our team will review the issue and assist you in resolving it as quickly as possible. Be sure to include your order ID and any relevant details or photos of the package received.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled—fully or partially—only before they are dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and our standard return/exchange policy will apply.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details.

Who will deliver my order?

We ship through registered courier companies like Delhivery, DTDC etc. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.

Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package and email us at.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, your shipping address can be modified before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, no changes can be made to the address.
